Listing Duration and Fee:

Property listings are valid for a period of 5 months from the date of activation. The cost for listing a property is R50 per property. Payment must be made at the time of listing and is non-refundable.

Renewal and Updates:

Property owners or agents are responsible for informing us if a property is sold before the listing expiration date. If a property is not sold within the initial 5-month period, the agent may request a renewal of the listing. Renewals are subject to the prevailing listing fee and must be requested before the expiration of the current listing.

Information Submission:

All relevant information and details about the property must be accurately provided to Senekal Explorer by the listing agent. It is the responsibility of the agent to ensure that the information is up-to-date and accurate throughout the listing period.

Content Approval:

Senekal Explorer reserves the right to review and approve all property listings before they are published on the website. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in the rejection or removal of the listing without refund.

Business Directory:

The business directory on our website is a resource for users seeking authorized agents. Senekal Explorer does not endorse or guarantee the services of listed agents, and users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.

Termination of Service:

Senekal Explorer reserves the right to terminate or suspend any property listing or agent account that violates these terms and conditions.

Modification of Terms:

Senekal Explorer may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
